Admission for F.SC,I.C.S , I.Com , B.Com , B.Sc first year classes starts after the declaration of the annual examination result by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. A candidate seeking admission is required to attach the following attested copies to his/her admission for which is appended at the end.

  1. Two attested copies of Matriculation Certificate.
  2. One attested copy if character certificate by the head of institute last attended.
  3. Two photographs of 3 x 3 cm.
  4. One attested copy of National Identity Card of father/ Guardian or the candidate himself.
  5. Original Migration Certificate from a student passing his/her matriculation examination from a Board outside the territorial justification of the concerned Board.

Note.

  • Admission is open to male/female students who fulfill required terms and conditions.
  • Admission will be granted on qualifying written/oral test or both.
  • Copies of the certificates and photographs will not be returned if admission is refused.
  • Admission is liable to be cancelled if the student fails to pay his/her dues within the prescribed time. Similarly, if a student fails to submit the required documents within the prescribed time, his/her admission shall be cancelled.
  • Student as per rules are promoted to next class just after the completion of Board Examination. In this connection, they are required to get themselves enrolled for the next class by depositing the college dues as prescribed by the college administration, immediately after the exams. Students desirous of appearing in the supplementary Board Examinations are required to get the college dues clearance before issuing of Roll No. Slips.
  • Dues once deposited are not refundable or transferable.
  • The college reserves the right to withhold the Board Examination Forms on account of student's poor attendance, any disciplinary action taken against him or failure in the College send-up examination.
  • Admission form must be filled in by the candidate in his/her own handwriting.
